Horse racing continues at the historic Garrison Savannah in April with the staging of the 7th race day on the 1st of April, the 8th race day on the 15th of April and the 9th race day on the 29th of April.

Barbados Events in April – Hike Barbados
The National Trust of Barbados Hike Barbados program continues in April with a number of hikes taking place at various places around the island.
On Sunday 2nd the hike starts at Barclays Park, St. Andrew. Wednesday 5th Welchtown Plantation, St. Peter – Special Moonlight Hike. 6 pm start only.
Sunday 9th the hike starts at Arawak Cement Plant, St. Lucy. On Sunday, April 16th Oistin’s Car Park, Christ Church. Sunday 23rd – Lodge School, St. John. On Sunday 30th the hike starts at Chapel Plantation, St. Philip

Barbados Events in April – Fishing Tournament
The 2023 Sir Charles Williams International Fishing Tournament is set for Port St. Charles from April 11th to April 16th.
This five-day game fishing tournament is one of the most anticipated fishing events in the Caribbean.
It attracts a number of participants from around the world who come not only for the competition…

The Barbados Reggae Festival has become one of the premier events in Barbados since its launch in 2004. The 2023 Vintage Reggae Show & Dance is scheduled for Friday, April 28th, at Kensington Oval, Barbados. Third World, Maxi Priest, Flourgon, Ken Booth, Fab 5, Wendy Alleyne and Mike Grosvenor will perform live.
